Elegance

No matter how much a feminist any woman considers herself, there is really no argument that a woman's most important contribution to the world is her beauty. It can be argued until a person is blue in the face, ligitiment points can be made, and maybe the opposite opinion can even be compromised with words, but when it come down to walking down the street or looking at a model on a billboard, society proves that yes, it is true. So, is this fair? maybe not but it is true, and in today's world women I think often forget this. I love to watch old movies and look at pictures of my grandmother in her twenties, women back then knew that the biggest impression they could make was with the elegance of their dress, style, and ladylike character. Today, women, and I suppose men alike, choose comfort over distinction, this is a problem. The average "comfortable" person about town wearing exactly what they woke up in, is easily excepted in society today, but subconsciously reflecting the care and worth they have for themselves. Whether you believe me or not, if a person takes better care of themselves they feel better about themselves and life in general, taking more care with every decision and making more of an impression overall. You will be surprised at the changes that will innately happen when a person's self Worth rises. It is important to be classy, even if the world around you isn't, do it to make an impression, but above all, do it for you.
